Are your products Safe? Are they Radioactive?

Yes.

Our glow technology utilizes Strontium Aluminate, a next-generation non-radioactive compound that is vastly different from the radioactive materials like Radium that were used in the past for clock dials and paints.

It's also a huge improvement over older glow technologies like Zinc-Sulfide, which only glowed for a few minutes.

With Strontium Aluminate, our products are about 10 times brighter and last approximately 10 times longer.

What is the Life Span of the Glow Crystals?

The crystals can be charged and recharged indefinitely.

How Will My Items Be Shipped?

We use Plastic Bubble Mailers to ensure our products get to you safely during shipping. Within Canada, we utilize Letter Mail without tracking, while all shipments to the USA and Worldwide include tracking services.

Why Plastic Mailers?

Initially, we began with plastic mailers due to our budget and local availability— now we’re shifting towards using paper recyclable mailers. Our approach involves using up our current supplies before making the transition, as we believe in reducing unnecessary waste for a more sustainable future, thanks for understanding.
