Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Due to hygiene and health concerns, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives broken.

If Purchase Arrives Broken or Defective:

In order to ensure that our customers receive the best products possible, we carefully inspect all of our products before shipping. However, we understand that there may be instances where accidents happen during shipping.

  • If you've received a defective or broken product, please contact us at info@cyberbunnycore.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll get back to you within 7 business days to discuss how we can resolve the issue. We're here to help!
  • Please note, cosmetic blemishes will not be considered as "defective".
