All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.
Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process, prepare and ship your order.
During sales and holidays, please allow an additional 2–4 business days.
(Business days do not include weekends or holidays.)

Free Shipping

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when minimum shipping thresholds are met:

• USA: Free over $25 USD
• Canada: Free over $25 CAD
• International: Free over $75 CAD

CANADA

• Orders within Canada ship via Oversized Lettermail and do not include tracking, unless you choose a different option at checkout.
• Delivery: 3–9 business days
• Shipping for orders under $25 CAD: $5 CAD

UNITED STATES

• Orders to USA ship via USPS Ground Tracked and include tracking, unless you choose a different option at checkout.
• Delivery: 3–9 business days
•Shipping for orders under $25 USD: $8 USD
• Tracking number will be sent by email after shipment
• Please note: Your order may be subject to tariffs, duties, or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are set by your country and are not included at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

• International Orders ship via Standard International Tracked and include tracking.
• Delivery: 8–27 business days
• Shipping for orders under $75 CAD: ~$7-20 CAD, depending on your country
• Tracking number will be sent by email after shipping
• Please note: Your order may be subject to local VAT, duties, or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are set by your country and are not included at checkout.
